2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation
- Are legally allowed to own adult products in their country of residence
- Have access to a valid email address
- Participate for personal, non-commercial purposes
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Organizer directly involved in the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation Conditions
Participation is free and does not require any purchase.
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Complete the online survey associated with this giveaway
- Provide a valid email address for the purpose of the draw
Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.
4. Giveaway Duration
The giveaway starts on the date the survey is published and will end on the earliest of the following events:
- When 5,000 valid survey responses have been collected
- Or after a maximum duration of two (2) months
The Organizer reserves the right to close participation once either condition is met.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

- Approximate retail value: USD $200
The prize is new and unused. The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced with cash.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Lovense.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected by random draw
- The draw will take place on April 1st
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Shipping
- Shipping costs are fully covered by the Organizer
- Shipping is limited to countries where Lovense officially ships
- The Organizer is not responsible for customs fees, import restrictions, or local regulations in the winner’s country

- The email address is collected solely for the purpose of the giveaway
- It is not used for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose
- It is not linked to survey responses
- The email address is deleted after the giveaway is completed

9. Liability
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

10. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in this giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

11. Applicable Law
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
