From December 15–17, the annual online Mental Health Summit will be hosted, a free three-day event created for people working in the adult industry including cam girls, clip makers and other digital creators.
The summit is run by Pineapple Support, a nonprofit that offers free and low-cost mental health care to adult workers worldwide. Sessions stream live at 10 a.m. PST / 1 p.m. EST / 7 p.m. CET via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere with a decent internet connection.
Across the three days, speakers and therapists dig into how sex, identity, relationships and work all collide when your job is on camera. Think stress, stigma, burnout, boundaries, intimacy and how to keep your own mental health from getting lost in the hustle.
If you cam for a living, you already know the job isn’t just "log on, be hot, log off". It’s emotional labor, money pressure, trolls, clingy fans, weird DMs, long hours and trying to switch off "show mode" when the stream ends. This summit is built for that reality, not some generic self-help fantasy.
You’ll hear from people who actually understand online sex work, therapists who work with adult performers and industry voices who’ve dealt with the same burnout, relationship drama and identity questions you’re probably juggling right now.
Because it’s virtual, you can literally: join from your phone between shows, listen with your camera off, or just catch the sessions that speak to you most. No flights, no hotel, no full glam needed, just you, your screen and a chance to put your mental health at the center for once.
For cam girls who want to make this career sustainable and protect their sanity, the Pineapple Support Mental Health Summit is basically three days of "you’re not alone", streamed straight to your couch.
